#160715 Night Cycling to Marina Bay from East Coast

We started off from East Coast Park at around 7:45pm. Each of us rented a bicycle which costed Sgd 12 for up till 11:30pm. The East Coast Park stretch was relatively pleasant. It wasn't too crowded and the lanes are wide.
The view opens up and you can take in the entire skyline of the bay.
This kind of view is difficult to find in Singapore. It’s a nice blend of nature and architecture.

We were quite lucky to catch the fireworks.
I had enjoyed the night cycling very much.
The view of the CBD skyline and the Marina Bay area is truly amazing!

Island Hopping at Singapore - St John's Island & Kusu Island

Marina South Pier
We took a ferry from Marina South Pier to St John's Island, then from there to Kusu Island. The ferry ticket per pax is Sgd 18.
It was a very nice & relaxing day exploring the island albeit the scorching sun. The only con of this place is there's absolutely no services or kiosks with water.
The fattest cat ever.

The CDB area with skyscrappers at mainland Singapore can be seen here.

I really didn't expect nice sandy beach & clean water here.

We bumped into a group of dog lovers, who brought their dogs here for a swim.
I would have taken a dip here if I have brought along my swim wear. I'm quite surprised that there's such a beautiful but not artificial beach in Singapore.

no idea what these are

50th floor bird's-eye view from The Pinnacle Duxton Skybridge

My maiden visit to The Pinnacle@Duxton.
To enter the skybridge, Sgd5 entrance fee has to be paid.
The view was spectacular, especially at dusk.
The only pity is that there's no infinity pool.
The viewing deck allows you to walk the full length from one end to the other and there are numerous spots to sit down and enjoy the view.

It's worth visiting and I really enjoy the stunning view of Singapore, both at dusk and at night.

Far East Square
Far East Square
